Thats right he's looking at the result, not the challenge!
Richard Curtis believes in the power of laughter, he describes laughter as one of the good things in life therefore as you can imagine Curtis’ movies are fun and happy movies; to him that’s his job to professionally create laughter, just as we do to communicate in person.
Taking his passion and making a life out of it, Richard took his personality and art and turned it into a career and we learn that a lot of strategies and points that Curtis uses in his lifestyle and career that are similar or at least should be in the church.
Focus as Curtin says is best if kept on the result rather than the money, this rings true in his world as well as in the church, it is better to focus on the churches ministry and effectiveness rather than the cost of everything, we ought to go back to the original, to the scripture and why we are teaching it. When it comes to the budget Curtis says that “none ever thinks they have enough money to do what they need” he says that this is even true on the set, they never feel that they have enough, but he says to make due with what you have.
